AI Policy

Last updated: Jan 30, 2026 · Version: 2026-01-30

Lungeable includes AI-assisted features that can draft text or suggestions. This policy explains what those features do, what they do not do, and how to use them safely.

Where AI is used

Human-in-the-loop (coach-approved)

AI outputs are proposals. Coaches review and approve changes that affect the plan (for example, via Weekly Report → Accept‑Week). Lungeable is designed to support review + approval—not autopilot programming.

Key expectation: clients may interact with AI-assisted experiences, but coaches are responsible for the final program decisions and client safety.

Limitations

Data processing

To generate outputs, Lungeable may process inputs you provide (such as constraints and training context). Depending on configuration, some processing may be performed by third-party AI providers. We design the product to minimize data use to what is necessary for the feature to function.

For more on data categories and retention, see our Privacy Policy.

Safety and escalation

If something looks unsafe or inappropriate, do not approve it. Update constraints and rules, and contact support if you see repeated unsafe suggestions.
