Coach Business Terms

Last updated: Apr 17, 2026 · Version: 2026-04-17.1

These supplemental terms are meant for paying coach workspaces and other business use. They clarify role allocation without pretending the product is a medical provider or a generic enterprise suite.

At a glance

When these supplemental terms apply

These Coach Business Terms supplement the general Terms of Service for paying coach workspaces, team-owned accounts, and other business use of Lungeable. If a separate written order form, master services agreement, or signed DPA applies, that written agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with this page.

If you need controller/processor or service-provider style language for a paying coach workspace and do not yet have separate signed paper, start with our Data Processing Addendum and then request any needed commercial follow-up through support@lungeable.com. If you need negotiated security terms, subprocessor notice commitments, regional transfer language, or procurement-specific paper, ask for separate written commercial terms instead of relying on this public page alone.

Role allocation

Lungeable operates the Service, including account systems, billing surfaces, support tooling, security controls, auditability, and product-operation decisions. Coaches decide how they use the Service for programming, review, staffing, client communication, and scope-of-practice choices inside their own business.

For coach-directed workspace content, the coach decides what client training data is entered, reviewed, shared, or deleted in the workspace. Lungeable processes that coach-directed workspace content to host, secure, transmit, support, and back up the Service, while separately processing account, billing, security, support, abuse-prevention, reliability, and legal-compliance data for its own business operations.

Coach responsibilities

Client data and workspace boundaries

A coach workspace may expose client workouts, notes, Weekly Reports, schedule context, and related training data to the coach and authorized coach staff who need it for coaching. Lungeable does not treat coach workspace access as a general license to use client data for unrelated purposes.

Coaches should only submit the client data needed for coaching workflows and should not treat Lungeable as a medical-record system. If a coach uses Lungeable with minors or in a regulated setting, the coach remains responsible for additional permissions, notices, and compliance obligations that apply to that context.

Security, support, and subprocessors

Lungeable uses reasonable platform safeguards and least-privilege operational controls appropriate to the Service, but does not promise that the Service is immune from all incidents or available without interruption. Current public providers are listed on our Subprocessors page.

Lungeable support or admin personnel may access limited customer or client data when needed for support, abuse prevention, security review, incident response, or legal compliance.

Billing, deletion, and offboarding

Coach workspace billing, cancellation, and deletion are related but separate actions. Canceling billing usually stops future renewal; deleting a user or workspace may require billing verification or workspace-ownership review before it can be completed safely.
