Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Lungeable account, what deletion does, and where to request export or privacy help.
Delete your account
The fastest option is to sign in, open Settings, and use the in-app delete flow.
If you cannot access the app, email support@lungeable.com from the address tied to your account and include:
- the email address on the account
- whether you are a coach or client
- that you are requesting account deletion
Manage or cancel billing first
If your account has active billing, cancel or manage billing first when possible. Coach-managed accounts or coach-owned billing relationships may require coach-side billing resolution before deletion can be completed safely.
Deletion may also be blocked or delayed if Lungeable cannot safely verify current subscription state with Stripe or another billing provider at the time of the request.
Deleting an account does not itself cancel separate Stripe-hosted billing, coach-owned billing relationships, or other external obligations that still need to be closed out.
Request a data export or privacy action
If you want a copy of your data, a correction, or a privacy/compliance review, contact support@lungeable.com. Export and rights requests may stay support-reviewed so we can verify identity and preserve coach/client data boundaries.
What deletion does
- Disables sign-in for the deleted account.
- Removes the account from active use and begins deletion handling for user-owned data tied to that account.
- Clears access to the deleted account’s in-app surfaces.
What deletion does not do
- It does not guarantee that every backup copy disappears instantly.
- It does not erase records another user must lawfully retain in their own account or billing records.
- It does not itself cancel separate Stripe-hosted billing, coach-owned billing relationships, or every other external obligation if billing or team ownership still needs attention.
- It does not instantly clear every device-local cache, encrypted local store, or browser session artifact on hardware you control.
If you used Sign in with Apple
Lungeable deletes your account data, disables sign-in, and attempts to revoke the Apple connection automatically when you complete account deletion. If Apple still shows Lungeable as connected afterward, remove Lungeable from your Apple ID settings so the connection is fully revoked on Apple’s side too.
On Apple devices, open Settings, tap your name, then open Sign in with Apple and remove Lungeable if it still appears there.
What may remain temporarily or by law
- Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, audit, or legal-compliance records may be retained.
- Encrypted backups may persist until normal rotation overwrites them.
- Support logs or request records may remain as needed to document the deletion request and related compliance handling.
