Lungeable may offer early-access or beta features. Beta features may change, be discontinued, or contain errors. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

Accounts and access

If we provide you access to the product, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site or attempt to access systems without authorization.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.

Coaching / training disclaimer

Lungeable is software that helps coaches plan and adjust training. It does not provide medical advice. Coaches are responsible for their clients’ programming decisions and for operating within their scope of practice.

Third-party services

The site may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, Calendly for demo scheduling). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the website and product, including trademarks, logos, and software. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services unless we give you written permission.
