This Privacy Policy explains how Lungeable (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our website or sign up for a trial or early access.
Information we collect
- Contact details: such as name and email when you apply, join a waitlist, or request access.
- Form details: information you voluntarily submit (e.g., coaching focus, approximate client count, notes).
- Usage analytics: basic, privacy-friendly site analytics (e.g., page views, referral source).
- Security signals: anti-abuse verification (e.g., bot detection) used to protect forms from spam.
How we use information
- Provide access to the product, trials, and onboarding support.
- Respond to requests, demos, or support inquiries.
- Improve the website and product experience (e.g., understanding which pages are most helpful).
- Prevent abuse and protect the integrity of our signup flows.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand traffic and improve our site. Plausible is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not rely on invasive third-party cookies by default. If you prefer, you can also use browser-level tracking protections.
Form protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam submissions. Turnstile may process certain information to determine whether a visitor is human. This information is used for security and abuse prevention.
Data storage and processors
Signup and waitlist submissions may be stored and processed using Supabase and related infrastructure. We use these providers to operate the service, store form submissions, and help with onboarding workflows.
Retention
We retain signup and support information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records for operations, and comply with applicable requirements. If you want us to delete your signup information, email support@lungeable.com.
Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing support.
- You can opt out of non-essential communications by using the unsubscribe link where applicable.
