Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lungeable (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our website, Coach Desk (web app), and mobile apps (collectively, the “Service”).
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the Service.
- Account & profile: name, email address, role (coach or client), and related account settings.
- Training & coaching data: workouts, exercise selections, sets/reps/loads, notes, weekly reports, scheduling data, and coaching conversations.
- Media uploads: profile photos and optional training-related photos/videos (e.g., progress or form checks) you choose to upload.
- Billing metadata: subscription status and related identifiers (for example, Stripe customer and subscription IDs). Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by Lungeable.
- Usage, diagnostics & security: device/browser information, log data (including IP address and request IDs), and security signals used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
- Website forms: contact details and form responses when you apply, request a demo, or contact support.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service (authentication, core features, and account management).
- Enable coaching workflows (workout programming, weekly reporting, chat, scheduling, and media sharing).
- Process subscriptions and billing administration (including customer support and fraud prevention).
- Respond to requests and support inquiries.
- Improve and debug the Service (diagnostics, performance, and feature development).
- Prevent abuse and protect the integrity of our signup flows and accounts.
How we share information
- Between coaches and clients: if you are a client, your training data and messages are shared with your coach/team as part of providing the Service.
- Service providers: we use vendors to host, operate, and support the Service (see “Data storage and processors” below). They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Legal & safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Lungeable, our users, and the public.
Payments
If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment card details. Lungeable receives subscription status and limited billing metadata required to provide the Service.
AI features
Some features may use AI to help generate summaries or coaching-related outputs. When these features are enabled, user content (such as training notes or weekly reports) may be processed by AI service providers (for example, OpenAI) to provide the feature.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand traffic and improve our site. Plausible is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not rely on invasive third-party cookies by default. If you prefer, you can also use browser-level tracking protections.
Form protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam submissions. Turnstile may process certain information to determine whether a visitor is human. This information is used for security and abuse prevention.
Data storage and processors
We use trusted vendors to operate the Service:
- Vercel — website and Coach Desk hosting.
- Supabase — authentication and Postgres database services.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and billing portal.
- Plausible — privacy-friendly website analytics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on public forms.
- AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) — AI features when enabled/used.
Retention
We retain account and coaching data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. You can delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete account). You may also request account deletion by contacting support@lungeable.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal/compliance obligations.
Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing support. If available in your version of the app, you can also delete your account from within Settings.
- You can opt out of non-essential communications by using the unsubscribe link where applicable.
